Our client needed precise 3D scanning of two mold components to assist with inspection and CAD modeling. Accuracy was critical, as the data would directly influence their manufacturing and quality control processes.

We utilized our in-house scanning technology, the i-Scan Light API, to capture detailed 3D data of both mold parts. The scanning process focused on preserving intricate surface features, edges, and complex geometries—ensuring the data could be used for high-precision inspection and reverse engineering.
